Let food be thy medicine, and medicine thy food

Turmeric

Well known inflammatory. Used traditionally for skin ailments. Seems to have positive effect on me.

Cucumber

Cooling in nature. Haven’t really isolated its effect but seems to be positive.

Oats

Good for controlling cholesterol but not so good for my eczema. Seems to have a negative effect.

Milo

Like chocolate, Milo is heaty and consistently makes my eczema worse.

Banana

‘Cooling’ and has a positive effect
