Wednesday

Skin is a bit itchy. Not sure why. Site on right ankle getting infected.

Breakfast: USANA Multivitamin, banana, peanut puff, bak kua sandwich (had too much butter)

Lunch: (none)

Tea: coffee, coke, green tea

Needed caffeine and sugar for cardio and strength workout. Had a cold shower and applied general urea to torso, arms and legs.

Dinner: green apple, corn and pumpkin dessert soup,  brown rice, previous night’s dishes, green vege, tofu salad.
