Skin itchy especially sites on shoulder and back. Shirt is smelly from weeping.

Breakfast: mung bean dessert w/ banana; tapioca & coconut pudding

Lunch: tosai w/ dhal, coconut chutney

Tea: papaya, walnuts, almonds, peanuts, cashews, choc cookie, wheat bread w/ butter, kaya, pineapple jam; wheat cracker w/ butter, peanut butter, coconut, grapes, brown rice & pumpkin seed cookie

Had a quick workout followed by a cold shower.

Dinner: fish w/ red dates, goji, ginger; green vege; vermicelli w/ mushroom, soy cakes; grapes, apple

Supper: peanuts, almonds, cashews, oats w/ peanut butter, coconut; wheat cracker w/ butter; candied ginger;  cranberries
