One of the better nights. Back doesn’t seem to be weeping and only moderate itch.

Benefits possibly from:

  1. goji berries
  2. fats (good and bad)
  3. sufficient calories

Breakfast: tapioca and coconut pudding; yogurt w/ berries, goji, walnuts, coffee; peanuts, walnuts, almonds, wheat biscuit w/ pineapple jam, butter, peanut butter; oat biscuit, apple

Lunch: anchovy & soy bean soup w/ green vege; cranberries

Should have overloaded my calories for the day.

Slept most of the afternoon away. Might have been the tea I drank.

Dinner: white rice, chicken, fish, green vege (broccoli, carrots, mushrooms)
